Ms
Kashmiri Kamal who holds a graduate degree with Honours
and also a Post Graduate degree in the discipline
of Accounting . She has also completed the Articleship
of Chartered Accountants Course. She is actively
involved in the day to day business operations of
LK. At present she is
the Deputy Chairman of the LK.
In addition to this she is also acting as the
Director Operation of Gulshan Medicare and
LK Unitex Co. Ltd. She has widely traveled almost all
parts of the Globe.
Mr G Sarwar who is a Graduate with
Honours from Dhaka varsity and also from the same
varsity holds a post graduate degree in the
discipline of Business Management .Also he completed
successfully 3 years Chartered Accountancy Course from
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB)
and passed Group I of chartered Accountancy Final
Exam under the same Institute . He is one of the
directors of LK.
Additionally , as Director Operations , at present he is
looking after the day to day business operations of
CMC.Lotus Engineering Industries Ltd., and – Kamal Spinning
Mills Ltd .
Ms Kashfi
Kamal , eldest daughter of Mr Mustafa Kamal is an
MBA from USA . She is one of the directors of
LK. And in this capacity
she is actively involved in day to day business
affairs of the Group . In addition to this , as
Director Operations she is also directly responsible
for the management of the units Orient Education Service
and Lotus – Kamal Knitwear Ltd. She has widely traveled
many a countries of the world .
Mr Haseeb
Alam who holds an MBA degree from USA .He is one of
the directors of
LK.
Right at the moment he is looking after the garments
and textile sectors of the Group . In addition to
the above , he is also the Country Manager for
International Apparel Trade Fairs namely ASAP Trade
Fair , USA and CPD Global Fashion, Germany.
Ms Nafisa
Kamal , younger daughter of Mr Mustafa Kamal is a
graduate from MIT , USA. Earlier she did her O-Level
and A- Level under EDEXCEL International , London
Examination General Certificate of Education . She is
one of the directors of LK.
In addition, at present she is looking after the day
to day business operations of Electronics and Home
Appliances Division of LK.
She has also widely traveled almost all parts of the
world .
The
Corporate office is managed by professionals from
various disciplines especially from accounting ,marketing
, management , engineering , banking and finance . The
Corporate Office is endowed with the dynamic services
of over 100 personnel from different strata.
The
annual turnover of LK
is estimated to be taka 3500 million and in dollar
terms it comes approximately to US$ 60 million and
the group employment stands at around 4000 personal. |
